A non-flagship phablet: Samsung Galaxy J Max launched in India at RM799!

While Samsung is a known successful pioneer in the making of flagship phablet, the Galaxy Note series that received positive reviews around the globe, Samsung now launch their non-flagship phablet onto India market with the Galaxy J Max. The Samsung Galaxy J Max comes with a 7 inches large screen display and it most highlight function is the ability to make calls in a large display for a price tag at around RM799.

This entry level phablet comes with 1280×800 resolution 7 inches display and sports a octacore processor clocked at 1.5Ghz. It comes with 1.5GB RAM, 16GB ROM with microSD expansion, 8MP rear and 2MP front camera, 4000mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1.

As a phablet, it supports dual nanoSIM and 4G Voice over LTE (VoLTE). This gadget will be officially available on the end of July at India market with a price tag at 13400 rupee and comes with 6 months data subscription from Bharti Airtel. It is still unsure whether Samsung has the intention of bring this phablet into market outside India.
