Apart from the price revision on the ASUS ZenFone 4 Max Pro, there is a credible source that ASUS Malaysia could be bringing their first full view display Zenfone 5 from Mobile World Congress into Malaysia earliest by May to June this year.
According to Amanz, the Zenfone 5 was initially expected to launch in April but it is now possible for it to delay till May or June. While there is no further detail on the first Zenfone 5 model, but the ZenFone 5 standard and the ZenFone 5 Lite could be launching first among others.
Apart from the Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 5 Lite, there is the Zenfone 5Z that shares the same appearance with Zenfone 5 and features a 6.2 inches 19:9 aspect ratio. It also comes with a notch surrounded by the display that takes up to 90% of front panel.
On the other hand, the ZenFone 5 will be powered by the all new Snapdragon 636 with a 3300mAh battery (along with AI quickcharge) and the premium model ZenFone 5Z will comes with Snapdragon 845 along with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM.
