Bringing Note 7 onto airplane is now a crime

As the Galaxy Note 7 has been officially recalled due to several cases of explosion worldwide, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an official statement for the prohibition of use and carry of the Galaxy Note 7 smartphone on plane.

In another words, you will be violating federal laws and deemed guilty  FAA has restricted passenger from carrying the phone on their person or in a carry on or checked in baggage (even valid for cargo). Passenger who bring a Note 7 onto a plane will be subjected to civil penalties of up to $179,933 for each violation for each day they are found to be in violation (49 U.S.C. 5123),” and could be prosecuted, which could “result in fines under title 18, imprisonment of up to ten years, or both (49 U.S.C. 5124).
