DJI Mavic 2 Pro/ Zoom with Hasselblad 3 axis gyro camera launched in Malaysia

As one of the leading pioneer of consumer drone, DJI has brought in two of the Mavic lineup into Malaysian market which is the Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom. It is their first time to add in Hasselblad certified camera with 2 times optical and 2x digital zoom, which poses a significant upgrade from the first generation Mavic Pro. Unlike others, it is designed for professional drone enthusiasts and photographer who would like to take shots to a whole new level (no pun intended).

The 20MP Hasselblad custom made lens on the Mavic 2 Pro has a 1 inches sized CMOS sensor with f/2.8 to f/11 adjustable aperture. It also has 10 bit Dlog-M colour profile with recording up to 1 billion colours for greater flexibility in post processing. It also has their iconic 3 axis gyro stabilizer for a stable shot.

The Mavic 2 Zoom has a 12MP 3 axis gyro camera with 1/2.3 inches CMOS sensor with up to 4x loseless hybrid zoom, nominated as the flying telescope. In contrast with Mavic 2 Pro, the Zoon has 24mm to 48mm of zoom-able length for a greater strech in photographers creativity.

The newly added Active Track 2.0 provides smarter analysis on surrounding objects and able to recognizes main character and target objects more clearly and a defined manner. Even though you are blocked when you entering tunnel or a passingby semi truck, the drone will still be able to track you when you’re out from the obstacle.

Furthermore, both also has Hyperlapse for ultra long range video recording that shows changes in an scenario over a long period of time. Combined with multiple movement patterns, you can create an impressive shot as above.

 

What’s more, DJI Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom also brings new Ocusync 2.0 video transfer technology with 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz data transmission with maximum distance up to 8km, Full HD in real time!

Both comes with 8GB space with maximum flying speed at 72km/h, 31 minute flying time.

Lastly, the Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom will be available in Malaysia by end of September with pricing at RM6599 and RM5699 for Mavic 2 Pro & Zoom. The Fly More Kit is priced at RM1399 and includes 2 extra batteries, 2 sets of baldes, car cahrger, multiport charger, powerbank converter and a bag.
