The new rival for the mid-range Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has been launched! Just in today, Meizu has launched the Meilan Note 3 in Beijing China that comes with a metallic unibody design along with 2.5D display glass, a large 4100mAh battery and exclusive mBack fingerprint sensor only for RMB 799 (~RM489!)

The Meizu Note 3 comes with a full metallic built that makes it looks exclusively premium for a mid-range smartphone. Featuring the convetional Meizu Meilan design, the Meizu Note 3 also comes with 2.5D glass and a symmetrical design of the front camera and the proximity sensor which located besides the front call speaker. Display wise, this mid-range smartphone comes with a 5.5 inches Full HD display and LTPS display technology which makes it energy efficient and battery saving.
The Meizu Note 3 is powered by MediaTek latest Helio P10 octacore processor. It also comes with Mali T860 GPU and 2GB RAM/16GB ROM or 3GB RAM/32GB eMMC 5.1 storage. The Helio P10 also has an improved efficiency in power management which makes the smartphone battery efficient. Along with the large 4100mAh battery, we could expect this smartphone to last for more than 2 days with average low-demand usage.
The 13MP rear camera comes with PDAF auto-focus technology that has a short focus time at 0.2 seconds. The fotonation algorithim and P10 image processing technology makes the Meizu Note 3 produce good image quality during burst shot.

Although the new Meizu comes with larger battery, the size of the new Meizu Note 3 has decreased 0.5mm!
