Recently it is confirmed that the Vivo new flagship – Xplay 5 is launching within these few months. As the world first 6GB RAM smartphone, it is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 along with stunningly beautiful dual curved edge display design. It is also known that a lower-end variant of the vivo Xplay 5 is coming at the same time which sports 4GB RAM and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor. This could mean there will be stronger competition of the mid-range market if the pricing of this smartphone is within the range!

According to GeekBench, this new XPlay 5 comes with a 5.4 inches 2K display powered by octacore processor (likely a Snapdragon 652) clocked at 1.8Ghz and comes with Adreno 510 GPU. It also comes with a 8MP front camera and 16MP rear camera along with 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM!
Although the XPlay 5 is marketed as one of the most powerful smartphone from vivo, the lower-end smartphone does not look as a entry level budget smartphone! With state of the art Snapdragon 652 processor and 128GB ROM, this ultimately outblows some mid-range smartphones on the market today!
