The Nokia 3, 5 and 6 has been a massive success on the international level since the integration of Nokia smartphones with Android operating system. However, these smartphones might not fit the taste for power user who demands high performance and features driven smartphone. Their latest release – Nokia 8 with state of the art hardware has been launched in UK last year and it will be officially brought into Malaysia and unveiling on 8th of September this year.
The Nokia 8 offers a 5.3 inches 2K IPS LCD display and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, along with 4/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB ROM variant. All 3 cameras on the front and back are the 13MP lens with f/2.0 aperture certified by ZEISS, a well known camera maker. It has a battery sized at 3090mAh with the latest Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 support.
Apart from its hardware, Nokia 8 also offers the first Nokia OZO spacial 360° audio for enhanced surround and audio experience. The smartphone comes preloaded in Android 7.1.1 and available in bronze, glossy blue, matte blue and matte silver.
It is currently known that the Nokia 8 is priced at €599 which is roughly estimated to around RM3000. The pricing for the Nokia 8 in Malaysia should not be as differ from the European market when it is launched. Stay tuned for the upcoming update!
