Many fans has voiced out on the missing Android 8 operating system on their new OnePlus 5T but it turns out OnePlus has been developing the Android 8 for the OnePlus 5 in the past few months! The OnePlus 5’s Android 8.0 Beta is now open for public for users to get a taste of the new features of Oreo and it would be releasing to all smartphone very soon.
The new OnePlus 5 update firmware comes packed in 1.56GB which brings in new features of Android Oreo such as picture-in-picture, autofill and redesigned notification system. It also comes with the latest Android security patches for the month of November.
Also, the folder arrangement and design gets revamped in the new update and it now supports direct photos upload to “Shot on OnePlus”
Similarly with OnePlus 3 and 3T, OnePlus could be rolling out more beta with enhanced features and update to OnePlus 5 and it will soon arrive for OnePlus 5T users too.
