The new 8GB LPDDR4 RAM comes with the latest LPDDR4 DRAM with a highest bandwidth at 4266Mbps. It is manufactured using a 10nm process, and sees four 16 gigabit (2GB) LPDDR4 memory chips stacked to create an 8GB module. The new RAM also has similar power consumption of the previous 4GB RAM launched months ago.
