As Lenovo has launched the Phab 2, Phab 2 Plus and the world first Project Tango enabled Phab 2 Pro smartphone, Lenovo Malaysia also bring a Yoga series product into their notebook category. The Lenovo Yoga Book is a 2 in 1 hybrid that serves as a normal notebook with QWERTY keyboard and an interactive touch panel with stylus support.
The Lenovo Yoga Book 2 in 1 hybrid laptop comes with a 10.1 inches 1920 x 1200 IPS display and powered by Intel Atom x5 quadcore processor. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage and support memory extension up to 128GB. There is also a 2MP front camera and 8MP rear camera. The system runs on Windows 10 and support Wi-Fi connection in Windows 10 or LTE connectivity in Android operating system. All of this is powered by a 8500mAh battery.
The retail pricing of the Yoga Book is at RM2599.
The main highlight of the Yoga Book is this touch panel, which can serves as a keyboard or a drawing platform at different occasion.
There is no “real” keyboard but it comes with a virtual keyboard powered by Wacom technology. The keyboard can be instantly transfer to a ‘Create Pad’ where user can express their drawing and creation with the ‘Real Pen’ stylus.
The Halo keyboard is able to work along with Real Pen even it its drawn above a piece of paper sketch. Its panel is able to distinguish various drawing intensity and thus user can easily mimic drawn objects printed on paper.
The Yoga Book comes with Android and Windows option and it is targeted toward content creator. This tablet/notebook hybrid is now available in all Lenovo stores in Malaysia at RM2599.
