In the past Friday, Alcatel has invited local medias for the hands on of the next generation smartphone and some new gadgets! However, most attention are focused on their new smartphone – the Alcatel Idol 3 and their new OneTouch Watch!

Previous appeared on MWC 2015, today we finally have a chance to grab this on our hands! One of the unique design features is that both edge of the smartphone are equipped with front speakers, which means that you can answer on any side of your smartphone even if you use it in reverse.
Idol 3 comes with JBL speaker on the top and bottom which appears extremely elegant and light at the same time!
Idol 3 uses the iconic metallic frame design on the side.
One of the SIM slot can be replaced as a microSD slot!
Although its currently running on AOSP, it will be more polished when the consumer version is released.
Any disjockey lovers here? Alcatel OneTouch 3 comes with a preloaded DJ app that allows you to play 2 songs at the same time while you can “remix” them to get a new musical taste.

Although it features the similar circular design as seen on the Motorola 360, a black bezel was found in the bottom which could be slightly annoying! The whole user experience is fluid which is acceptable in any level.
Although it wasn’t certified by official, the OneTouch watch features a 2.5D display glass on the top and post-processed for fingerprint resistance.
