Alleged Huawei Mate Xs passed China 3C certification: Kirin 990 5G, 65W quickcharge, launching in MWC 2020

It has been known that HUAWEI will be launching the Mate Xs as the 2nd foldable smartphone from HUAWEI.

Earlier today, a new HUAWEI smartphone with model TAH-AN00m has passed 3C certification which offers SA, NSA and dual mode 5G. This could be the HUAWEI Mate Xs.

The charger is the same with HUAWEI Mate X and supports up to 65W output (20V/3.25A).

Another huge upgrade is that the Huawei Mate Xs will feature the new Kirin 990 5G SoC with 7nm manufacturing process and EUV technology. The Kirin 990 5G SOC is the first to integrate 5G Modem into the chip with a total transistor exceeds 10 million!

Foreign media Digitimes also stated that the Mate Xs is in development and expected preview on next year.
