After several years of silent, Apple has launched the all new iPod Touch recently which includes several hardware and software updates. The new iPod Touch adds A10 Fusion processor, 256Gb variant and available in Apple Malaysia online store from RM899.

It shares a similar appearance from the last generation iPod Touch. The new iPod Touch is equipped with a 4-inch screen with gray, gold, silver, pink, blue and Product RED.

In terms of configuration, the new generation iPod Touch is equipped with the A10 Fusion processor as the iPhone 7. It is also available in three storage versions of 32GB, 128GB and 256GB. There is a 8 megapixel rear lens and a 1.2 megapixel front camera. With a newer processor than the previous generation, the new iPod Touch can also run AR games and Group FaceTime video group communication.

In terms of battery life, Apple stated that the battery life of the new generation iPod Touch can reach 40 hours of music playback and 8 hours of video playback.

As for its pricing, the new iPod Touch 32GB is retailed at RM899; 128GB at RM1349; 256GB at RM1799. It is now available at Apple Malaysia online store. Apart from not able to call, this device pretty much runs 80% of iOS application which is suited for first time Apple buyer.
