The new Macbook Pro has just officially launched in US on 27th October 2016 (28th October 2016 1am GMT+8) and it is one of their greatest looking Macbook pro that are unbelievably thin and spectacular. The greatest highlight of the new Macbook, apart from its thickness and design, is the integration of the OLED touch panel that just rest above the keyboard.

The OLED touch bar allow direct adjustment of brightness, speaker volume, picking the right emoji and instant photo editing. The option changes when user are in different applications.

There’s also a touch ID sensor located at the top right corner of the OLED touch bar. Similar with iPhone 5S  & above, the Touch ID has fast responsive time which can be utilized to complete payment through Apple Pay.

The 13 inches model is 17% thinner than the Macbook Pro and smaller for around a quarter. The 15 inches model is 20% thinner and its display now support Force Touch technology with larger screen to body ratio.

The new Macbook Pro only comes with 4 Thunderbolt 3 (USB-Type C) port which includes the port for charging. There is no HDMI nor USB Type A port and you might need an extension for that.

The 13 inches Macbook Pro is at Rm6299 (Standard) and RM7599 (Advanced; 512GB SSD variant at RM8399). The 15 inches Macbook Pro starts from RM10,199 while 512GB variant is at RM11,999.
