As Apple has launched the new iPad Pro, it also comes along with the Apple Pencil as the iconic accessories of iPad Pro that aids content creation and note taking. The 2nd generation Apple Pencil on the new iPad Pro is now confirmed not to be supported on the last generation iPad Pro. Hence if you happen to own the previous generation, it’s time to get the new one.
The new Apple Pencil includes greater accuracy and user friendliness, and it also provides charging when the Pencil is “docked” to the iPad Pro via magnet. It isn’t available in the previous version thus partly explained its incompatibility.
