Back in 14th June this year, ASUS has unveiled the next generation smartphone that support augmented reality along with Google Project Tango and Daydream. With the introduction to an augmented reality vision without highly advance sensor and camera, the Zenfone AR offers the technology that wasn’t available in conventional smartphones. It is now launched locally with a price tag at RM3799, the most expensive ASUS smartphone launched in Malaysia to date.

Apart from the 5.7 inches QHD AMOLED display and the 2016’s Snadragon 821 SoC, it is also the first 8GB smartphones launched (prior to OnePlus 5) globally. With the demanding requirement for Project Tango, the Zenfone AR is also equipped with TriCam triple camera sensor that set up the augmented reality environment.
ASUS Malaysia provides 1 to 1 exchange warranty if something goes wrong. The Zenfone AR will be likely available by this friday or next week where further announcement will be made officially.
