The minimum requirement to use eSIM is iOS 12.2 and you can swap your Digi SIM card to eSIM. You can also switch from other telco & directly sign up for eSIM.
If you want to open eSIM service, you need to go to Digi’s store to request and scan the QR Code provided by them. After completing the specified opening steps, the eSIM service will be officially opened. It is worth mentioning that the opening of this eSIM service is currently in a limited time free state, which means that you might need to pay it to open in the future.
