Apart from the launch of HONOR 9X and HONOR Band 5, HONOR also added their new update to the MagicBook lineup. This is the world thinnest 16.1″ notebook with ultra narrow bezels that offer greater portability.
The 16.1″ screen is the main highlightof this HONOR MagicBook Pro. It offers 100% sRGB wide color gamut and the left and right borders are only 4.9mm, which is more compact than the mainstream 15.6-inch notebook. The body weighs only 1.7Kg, which is 130g lighter than the MacBook Pro.
HONOR MagicBook Pro offers up to Intel Core i7 8565U processor with 40% enhancement from 7th gen processor. It also supports up to 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU. There are 7 inbuilt thermal sensor that controls the fan noise and operation as needed.
The 56Wh battery offers up to 14 hours of usage. The inbuilt WiFi adapter supports maximum at 1733Mbps.
Similar with Huawei Matebook, it adds a glowing keyboard with hidden front camera. Featurewise, it supports Huawei Share OneHop for instant file transfer.
Lastly, the HONOR MagicBook Pro i5 will retails at RMB 5499 and i7 is at RMB 6199. It will be available at China on 29th July onward. There is also a 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD variant and expected to launch around August for RMB 7999.
