Recently someone has leaked a new HUAWEI employee which has been working with HUAWEI for 12 years. His/Her monthly salary is at RMB 310,000 or around RM191 thousand!
This anonymous employee has been working since 2008 and he/she has been working in managerial position hence the salary level.
However this salary has not been taxed yet so after taxed yet and it counts in allowance and bonuses on top of the basic salary. However, its role includes frequent travel to middle east, north Africa and Pakistan.
