Recently HUAWEI has announced that they will be pushing Harmony OS to HUAWEI flagship devices (in China?). However, this raises many concern on whether their non-flagship HUAWEI phone will be able to receive the HarmonyOS update.
According to a Weibo user, he stated that the minimum requirement for HarmonyOS support is running with Kirin 710 chipset and above. This means the Krin 810, 820, 820E, 980, 990, 985 will be able to receive the HarmonyOS upgrade.
