As Huawei has just introduced the Huawei Nova 3 and 3i in Shenzhen China yesterday, it is surprising to see that that the Nova 3 series has get to launched in Malaysia just after a few hours. The Nova 3 brings their flagship processor Kirin 970 in within but priced way cheaper than their flagship “P” series at half the cost.

The Nova 3 series design shares with the inspiration from the Huawei Nova 3e but comes with improvement on its build quality with the use of premium material. It has a greater aesthetic appearance with its rear panel comes with nano-vacuum coating treatment resulting in a vivid flash of light appearance. 
It is all powered by the Kirin 970 SoC with 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM, 3750mAh battery with 18W quickcharge and comes preloaded with EMUI 8.2 based on Android 8.1. 
On the other hand, it comes with proprietary Huawei GPU Turbo technology that improves 60% of the GPU performance and 30% efficient in power, making it a HDR capable smartphone.
Both dual rear camera on the Nova 3 and Nova 3i enables AI in photograhy that recognizes different scenario and objects and thus enhance accordingly. It’s now easier to create an ideal shot without an advance camera.
Huawei Nova 3 series also added on AR and other cool features that you can play with.
As for facial recognition authentication, it is now possible and easier to recognizes faces in the dark with their new infrared camera.
Lastly, the Huawei Nova 3 and 3i will be priced at RM1249 and RM1899 and will be available on 17th August onward. The first 1000 customer from the IOI City Mall roadshow on 28th July will receive a smart band and a T-shirt for free!
