According to newest report by SCMP, Huawei Technologies has its plan to invite the smartest group of people in technology which they will receive a huge salary offer around US$300,000
Their primary intention is to attract top talents of the field to join their Shenzhen based Huawei company. Ironically, this announcement was made after 600 employees from Huawei US research arm were laid off.
Huawei has the intention to recruit fresh grads with doctorate defree and their salary is ranged between RMB896,000 to RMB2.01 million.
With their expansion with elite workforce, they will be increasing their performance in terms of technology development.
