Due to the recent constraint of economic trade war between US and China, Google will no longer provide support and Android OS distribution to Huawei as compliance to US regulatory. This has caused massive disturbance on Huawei brand reputation and the future of their smartphone could be at risk.
In the recent update on Huawei Facebook page, they have assured that Huawei and HONOR devices to receive security patch upgrades and good after sales services so consumer don’t have to be worried about the smartphone.
Huawei also stated their commitment to maintain the ecosystem and safeguarding the security.
