The long awaited Huawei P30 is finally here! As their first flagship on 2019, the P30 series highlighted with their incredible camera performance brought by triple LEICA certified camera + 1x TOF camera. These camera is capable to produce 50x digital zoom and 10x hybrid zoom, a new heights for smartphone’s camera.

The Huawei P30 brings a 6.1 inch display while P30 Pro offers 6.47 inch display. Both sports an in-screen fingerprint sensor with 30% faster recognition speed. The P30 is water resistant up to IP53 while P30 Pro supports up to IP68.
As their original poster captioned :”rewrite the rules”, Huawei has bring a quad camera on the P30 Pro which one of it is a TOF lens. The P30 brings triple camera which lacks of the TOF camera.
It is also worthy to mentioned that their camera has reached new score at DxOMark at 112, crowning the top!
The Huawei P30 Pro brings a RYYB sensor that replaces green sensor with yellow sensor to increase 40% of light absorption. These camera is equipped with OIS motor and has the ability to reach ISO 409600 (brighter image at night).
There is also a 16mm~1343mm telescopic camera and supported with OIS and 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom and 50x digital zoom. The P30 is maxed with a 30x as the maximum zoom power.
The TOF lens on the P30 Pro enhances the Bokeh effect while the ultra wide angle lens offers macro and long distance shot. The front 32MP camera also supports AI HDR+ for better visibility under sun rays.
Apart from photography, the videography from the camera is also improved with OIS, 5/ 10x zoom. Recorded videos can also be post processed via AI smart edit function by cropping down videos and matches with music.
The Kirin 980 is also being used as the powerhouse on the P30 series which is based on 7nm manufacturing process. With the power driven from GPU Turbo 3.0 and all new EROFS file system, it enhances app launching speed and gaming performance.
As for its battery, Huawei P30 brings a 3650mAh battery while P30 Pro sports a 4200mAH battery. The P30 supports 22.5W Huawei SuperCharge while the latter supports 40W Huawei SuperCharge 2.0.
The iconic wireless reverse charging is also available on the P30 Pro.
The P30 series now runs on EMUI 9.1 which is still based on Android 9. Official claims it is capable to reach 1.7Gbps on WiFi download and supports dual band GPS.
Furthermore, Huawei P30 also comes along with several accessories such as the Pearl Pink smartphone case from Swarovski, available in special edition. It also brings a new 12000mAh powerbank with 40W quickcharge, perfect for P30 Pro.
Besides, Huawei also brings Huawei FreeBuds Lite and Huawei FreeLace. The FreeBuds Lite offers 12 hours of non-stpo audio and IPX4 water resistant certified. As for the FreeLace, it can reach 18 hours non-stop music experience.
Huawei also brings the Watch GT Active and available in orange and green with a whole new watchface. It shares the same similarities with Watch GT – 2 weeks standby.
Besides, Huawei also bring a 42mm case elegant edition which is much more suited for a feminine taste.
