Yesterday is a memorable day of the launch of the Huawei P8 at the Old Billingsgate UK. This time, the Huawei P8 uses aluminium alloy as it main body material which thickness up to 6.4mm. The P8 also uses 5.2′ Full HD display with small bezel size which makes the display occupied the large amount of the front side of the smartphone.
In terms of processor, the Huawei P8 is powered by Hisilicon Kirin 930 octa-core processor with 3 GB of RAM. 13MP camera was located at the rear and the front camera was equipped with 8MP snapper. Nevertheless, the P8 is packed with 2680mAh and supports Dual SIM standby and Dual 4G. The smartphone is available in basic and premium model with 16 and 64GB of internal storage respectively. The basic and premium model was priced at 499euros (RM1964) and 599 euros (RM2357).
Huawei also releases P8 Max which comes with larger display. The display is boosted to 6.8 inches display and battery size was increased up to 4360mAh. The front camera was reduced to 5MP from P8 and powered by Kirin 935. Huawei claims that this P8 Max can last more than 10 hours with continuous online video watching. With thickness at 6.8mm, the Huawei P8 Max is one the world slimmest smartphone with such display size. The basic version and the premium version comes with 32 and 64 GB of storage respectively and priced at 549 euros and 649 euros (RM 2160 & RM 2554 respectively).
Huawei states that the P8 and P8 Max will be available in 30 countries which includes Malaysia. Does anyone anticipating this phone?
