iOS 14 now stops charging when moisture is detected in charging port

In the recent WWDC 2020, Apple has updated their new operating system which includes iOS, iPadOS, macOS and more. The newest iOS update has added some new feature such as widgets and App Clips along with new Memoji. However, there is one useful features that has been added was not put under highlight.

Mar Gurman has found out that his iPhone with iOS 14 beta is unable to charge when the liquid is detected in the Lightning connector. Although it has been made available in most Android smartphones with splash resistant function, it is now finally available on iOS 14.

This is still a worth mentioning addition that protects user from shorting their port when the phone has been in contact with water.
