iPhone 6s flash disabled due to overheating?

The Apple new flagship iPhone 6s and 6s Plus has been available on the American and other market since the 25th of September this year. With the surge of the iPhone 6s/ 6s Plus user, there is an increase of complain on the issues faced on the iPhone 6s. This time, an iPhone 6s user complained that the camera flash will not turn on which rendering the flash unusableDSCF1749-2040.0

But how high is the temperature to render the camera flash useless? The user shows that with just higher temperature at 39°C, which is not even higher than the overheating Snapdragon 810 processor, has caused the iPhone to disabled the flash itself. You might have to wait until the temperature is slightly on sub par before activating your camera flash again.
