Recently, Microsoft has announced an update to their Office 365 product line which is now known as Microsoft 365. The new Microsoft 365 will adds AI and cloud integration and they have just rolled out Microsoft 365 Personal and Family plans.
The biggest highlight of the Microsoft 365 is the addition of smart AI technology which brings more comprehensive services, from arrange your plan to family safety and enhanced connectivity.
The Microsoft 365 updates uses AI and introduces new Editor services. It can detect your incorrect spelled words, grammar mistakes or even recommend you phrases. This service currently supports up to 20 different language to improve your essay quality.
Power also adds in AI presentation training. The Microsoft 365 will provide feedback for your recommendation (e.g. you have halted too many times and reminds you to increase your volume for important material). It will also rolls out design where the AI think it is suitable for your slides.
This also means lesser time you will need to spend on thinking the design and finding templates.
Excel is also capable of provide chart and tables which interprets data. E.g. it can detects the excel sheet were used to calculate monthly expends and provide you with a chart that shows the data, or to display the calories of food and fruits.
There is also Microsoft Teams which allow you to plan for your work and travel and you can share your travel itinerary with friends and family too!
As for the Microsoft Family Safety, it introduces parental monitoring which can monitors time spend on devices and applications and even the current location. This feature will be rolled out in Android and iOS platform.
