Qualcomm Snadragon 835 has been a major success as it has been pretty much available in recent flagship devices launched worldwide. Prior the mass production for Snapdragon 835, the development of the next generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series SoC has started and leaked online on Qualcomm official site. Codenamed “Napali” the Snapdragon 845 comes with 7nm manufacturing process and will be manufactured by TSMC.
Despite the screenshot has been taken down soon after it appears online, a snapshot of the product information shows some of the specifications for the new SoC. The new 7nm manufacturing process is expected to offer 25% more performance and 35% less power consumption than 10nm SoC.
