It is the first chipset in the world that bring gigabit 5G network, industrial leading AI and extender reality (XR) to revolutionize mobile industry.
The Snapdragon 855 brings the 4th generation AI Engine and able to provide immersive AI computing performance and 3x more performance from Snapdragon 845.
Besides, it is also the first in the world to bring computer-vision that supports leading industrial photography technology and provide leading edge mobile gaming experience.
It is also the world first mobile chipset to supports 3D sonic sensor that able to detect fingerprint across layers of material and dirt, thus making the smartphone appears in even more unibody without intrusive fingerprint scanner.
Lastly, Qualcomm CEO announces a series of 5G smartphone launching next which includes ASUS, Google, HMD Global, LG, HTC, Motorola, OnePlus, OPPO, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Vivo, Xiaomi & ZTE.
