realme has just launched its newest flagship – the realme GT 5G internationally earlier today. The realme GT 5G sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, 65W super quickcharge, 120Hz AMOLED display and more. Let’s have a closer look on the details.
Despite having conventional look on the design, the realme GT 5G distinguishes itself through the “accelerated track pattern” and the racing yellow color comes with a black stripe. This symbolizes the inspiration from GT cars design with the focus on speed. Apart from the Racing Yellow, it also brings blue and silver.
The realme GT features a 6.43 inches Super AMOLED panel with screen to body ratio at 91.7% and supporting 120Hz refresh rate. It has also supports 360Hz sampling rate and up to 4096 level of brightness. The device only weighted about 186g.
The realme GT is powered by Snapdragon 888, state of the art mobile SoC as realme GT focuses on “speed” which is the performance itself. It also supports dual SIM 5G standby, WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
realme uses Stainless Steel VC cooling system that effectively cools down smartphone and it provides up to 50% cooling in the smartphone.
It also brings a 4500mAh battery that supports 65W quickcharge. realme states that it only requires 35 minutes to fully recharge from 0 to 100%!
realme GT sports a 64MP triple rear camera accompanied by 8MP wide angle and 8MP macro lens. It supports Pure RAW night imaging algorithm, low light videography and more features. It also has a 16MP front facing selfie camera.
It runs on customized Android 11 known as realme UI 2.0. It is also the first device to run Android 12 Beta 1. realme claims realme UI 2.0 brings upgrade in performance and system smoothness in contrast to previous generation.
As for its multimedia capability, realme GT uses Dolby Atmos surround system and HiRes audio certified speakers. It retains 3.5mm audiojack which is certainly a selling point for audiophiles!
Security wise, the fingerprint sensor is located underneath the screen.
Lastly, pricing of the realme GT starts at 449 uro for 8+128GB while 12GB RAM variant retails at 599 euro. As it has launched internationally, we can expect arrival into local market very soon!
