One of the SpaceX project is Starlink which aims to bring high speed internet to those who are in remote area or those who lack of fiber optic connection. While Starlink is initially open for those in the US, Canada, Germany etc, the available of Starlink will be available in Malaysia by 2022 and registration for this is now open!
Currently the registration fee is $99 which is the same across the globe. the entire Starlink kit is at $499 and those who preorder will be able to get Starlink antenna first. For those who would like to cancel after registration, SpaceX stated that they might be performing full refund anytime while not promising on the lead time. The entire Starlink kit includes antenna disk and WiFi router.
