The recent rumors on the Samsung entry level and mid-range smartphones suggest that Samsung will be announcing a few new smartphones. This myth is ultimately confirmed after the Galaxy A3 and A5 is now passed and certified by FCC website.
Although the Samsung Galaxy A series is marketed in entry to mid range smartphone, the price tag of those smartphone does not always fall into the mid-range price tag. Meanwhile, the FCC website also depicted some minor hardware upgrade in the Galaxy A3 (SM-A310F) and the Galaxy A5 (SM-A5100).
The Galaxy A3 will comes with a 4.7 inches 720p HD display powered by 1.5Ghz quad-core Exynos 7580 processor and Mali-T720 graphical processor. The Galaxy A3 also will comes with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB ROM and a 12MP+5MP camera combo.
The Galaxy A5 will sports a 5.2 inches display and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5Ghz. It comes with 2GB RAM/16GB ROM and 13MP+5MP camera combo.
The certification from the Galaxy A3 and A5 also indicates that these product will release in the market in short amount of time! However, with the rise of better price to performance smartphone from China such as Huawei and Xiaomi, Samsung might have a hard time markets its product against its competitors.
