Previous rumor has it that Samsung Galaxy S11 will be bringing an all new telescopic camera in action. Recently, Samsung has files a new patent to EUIPO which register the term “Space Zoom” trademark. 
According to the details, the Galaxy S11 series might feature 5x optical zoom which could be fairly similar to the zoom function on OPPO Reno 10. It is still unsure whether the entire Galaxy S11 series will be featuring this camera, or is it just Galaxy S11+.
The Galaxy S11 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC or Exynos 9830. The earliest launch could be happening on February 2020.
