Samsung Malaysia has silently launches the new Galaxy XCover 5, a smartphone that is rated and certified for MIL-STD-810H for its toughness and durability.
The Galaxy XCover 5 has a sturdy built quality that can withstand bad working environment and sustaining up to 1.5 meters drop. It is also IP68 certified which can last 1 meter underwater more than 30 minutes.
Smartphone display works poorly with gloves. However, the Galaxy XCover 5 got it covered with the improved sensitivity with gloved hands for easier and convenient operation.
The Galaxy XCover 5 also got their data secured with Samsung Knox and the XCoverKey on the side can be customized to perform task, such as quick launching the LED light, SOS calls or to launch maps.
It also has a 16MP primary camera and a 5MP front facing camera.
It uses a 5.3 inches HD+ TFT LCD display and powered by Exynos 850 SoC, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. It also has a 3000mAh replaceable battery that supports 15W quickcharge.
