Apart from regular smartphones for everyday use, Samsung Malaysia has launched a special smartphone designed for professionals working in rough environment – the Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro. It is a smartphone designed to withstand harsh environment such as noisy and dusty situation and it is MIL-STD 810H certified.
On top of the smartphone is a 6.6 inches FHD+ LCD display with 120Hz display with dew drop nothc design. To design for harsh environment, the touch screen is responsive even when the personnel is wearing gloves as thick as 2mm.
It is also certified with Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM and supporting 1TB microSD smartphone. It also has a 4050mAh replaceable battery with 15W quickcharge support. Besides USB C charging, it can also be charged via POGO pin to support multi-device charging simultaneously.
To cover noisy environment, its speaker can be enhanced to output higher than ever volumes so that calls can be made in harsh situation.
It also has a 50MP + 8MP rear camera with 13MP front facing camera. Samsung Dex is also supported and secured with Samsung Knox.
