With the 2018 Sony Xperia XZ2 series unveiled in Mobile World Congress earlier this year, Sony Malaysia has officially brought in their newest gadget in Malaysian market and that’s the Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact. The XZ2 Compact is a smaller size premium phone at RM2899 while the bigger edition of the series – XZ2 is launched at RM3299.

The XZ2 and XZ2 Compact might be differs in size at a glance, but it shares the same bloodline with Snapdragon 845 processors and 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. It runs on the latest Android Oreo and both are water and dust resistant certified to IP68 lifestyle level. The difference between the size are justified where the XZ2 is slightly larger with a 5.7 inches FHD+ contact and a 3180mAh battery while the XZ2 Compact delivers same performance in a 5 inches Full HD display with smaller battery capacity at 2870mAh.
For its camera, both XZ2 shares a 19MP Motion Eye camera with Sony sensors and a 5MP Exmor R camera in the front. Along with the support with Hi Res Audio playback and Dynamic Vibration system, it brights variety of feedback during gaming and video playing.
Back into the most concerning point. The Sony Xperia XZ2 is available at RM3299 while the XZ2 compact is at RM2899. Both available in black, silver, blue+green and pink.
