A selfie centric smartphone branded by vivo has officially launched in Malaysia today. This vivo V5 with Siti Nurhaliza as the official smartphone ambassador is now available to purchase at all vivo authorized retail center with a price tag at RM1299! More details to follow!

As one selfie centric smartphone, the front camera plays an important role on the vivo V5. The 20MP front camera is able to take selfie at the night with the assistance from the front LED flash. The 20MP camera is also powered by Sony IMX376 sensor with f/2.0 aperture can takes wonderful selfie which can be further enhanced by Face Beauty 6.0 image beautification algorithm.
The 13MP rear camera also comes with PDAF autofocus, F2.0 aperture at slightly lost behind its front camera.
Vivo V5 also comes with the Smart Split 2.0 feature that allows viewing of multiple windows at the same time. Hence there is no hassle when you reply message and watch video at the same time!
Pricing is the major concern on the consumer perspective. This smartphone will be priced at RM1299 and those who pre-ordered from today till 25th November will get a V5 free goodie bags! It will be officially available to purchase through all vivo authorized dealer from 26th November onward.
There will also be a Vivo V5 Plus launching next time. No details has yet to been revealed.
