As Facebook group has recently changed their name to Meta, they still reserve the current name of their services which is Facebook, Instagram, Oculus and WhatsApp. With the update on Facebook, WhatsApp will be changing their parent company name to Meta.
This changes is found on WhatsApp beta 2.21.220.14, indicating now WhatsApp is parked under the Meta group. You should be able to see such change soon.
