Just in today, Xiaomi has launched their 3rd generation MiPad with a new bunch of configuration and improved hardware. The new MiPad is built from aluminium alloy and further furnished with matte surface for a better grip. It is only sized at 200.4mm×132.6mm with a thickness at 6.95mm.
As for its hardware, it comes with a 7.9 inches 2048 x 1536 resolution display powered by MT8176 hexacore processor clocked at 2.1Ghz along with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. There is also a 5MP front and 13MP rear snapper and a 6600mAh battery that support 5V/2A quickcharge.
The MiPad 3 4GB RAM+64GB ROM is officially priced at RMB1499 (approximately RM960). It will be available to purchase on Xiaomi online store and China online marketplace from 6th April onward.
