Soon after the launch of Redmi K20 in China, this smartphone is now available in Malaysia under the name of Xiaomi 9T. The Redmi K20 is also dubbed as one of the best bang of the buck mid-range smartphone today.
Xiaomi 9T offers a 3D glass on rear panel which exhibits the style yet remain humble. There is a significant difference with contrast to Xiaomi 9T in terms on design and color options. The new Xiaomi 9T brings red, blue and black with gradient colour. Under light refraction, it creates a unique light illusion with an energetic feel.
There is also a 6.39″ AMOLED display and comes with an elevated front facing camera with screen to body ratio at 91.9%. It also features the 7th generation in-screen fingerprint sensor with DC light adjustment for a smarter brightness control.
One of the highlight of the Xiaomi 9T is the 20MP elevating selfie camera. Official claims it can complete the elevation in just 0.8 seconds and last up to 300 thousands cycle.
Hardware wise, Xiaomi 9T sports the Snapdragon 730 SoC and supports up to 6GB RAM & 128GB ROM. There is also a USB Type C port for its 4000mAh battery and a 3.5mm audio jack. Gaming on the Mi 9T is accelerated with the Game Turbo 2.0. These few features makes the Mi 9T one of the best performing mid-range smartphone.
There is a 48MP + 13MP wide angle, 8MP telescopic lens with Sony IMX 582 SoC. The camera app supports 120 degree wide angle capture with full view capture feature. The front camera is also able to take panoramic picture and wide angle selfie too.
The Xiaomi 9T will be launched in Malaysia with two models to offer. The 64GB ROM is at RM1199 while the 128GB ROM is at RM1399. Both variants will be available in Mi Store and other authorized store on 29th June onward.
