Few days ago, XiaoMi released a teaser on Weibo for its upcoming new phone that could be made up from bamboo material. And then soon after, Xiaomi China annouced that they will release the Mi Note with bamboo back cover for purchase in upcoming week. As shown in the image below, the Mi Note appear more natural when the back cover is filled with bamboo texture and design. The retail price of the bamboo Mi Note is also similar with other Mi Note at 2299 RMB. There is a slight chance that this Mi Note will be available in Malaysia market in next few months.
