As Galaxy A (2016) has been launched almost for a year, the new generation of Galaxy A mid-range from Samsung is expected to be revealed soon. Recently, the new Galaxy A3 and A5 (2017) specifications, design and pricing has been completely leaked with a minor changes in design and upgraded hardware.
As a mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A5 (2017) will come with a metallic body that symbolizes premium and available in varieties of colour such as rose gold, champagne gold, coral blue and black. It will be offering a 5.2 inches Full HD display, an Exynos 7880 octacore SoC clocked at 1.9Ghz, 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, a 16MP front and rear camera and a battery with 3000mAh capacity.
The new Galaxy A5 also comes with IP68 water and dust resistant ceritification and comes with USB Type C port which is now offered in premium flagships. With the addition of premium features and hardware, the Galaxy A5 (2017) is priced at RMB2699 (~RM1739).
Lastly, we could expect this smartphone will be available in Malaysia soon after it is launched worldwide.
