Being one of the progressive smartphone maker, realme has released a new entry level smartphone in Malaysia with some unique specs. The newest entry level model is known as realme C21Y which highlights 6.5 inches LCD, 13MP triple rear camera and more.
The realme C21Y features 6.5 inches HD+ LCD display with 1600 x 720p resolution and screen to body ratio at 88.7%. It is available at Cross Blue and Cross Black.
It also features AI triple rear camera including 13MP primary camera and 2x 2MP peripheral camera. There is also a 5MP selfie camera that support AI selfie beauty, HDR and portrait mode.
It also uses the UNISOC branded T610 chipset which comes with 8 core (2x 1.8 Ghz Cortex A75). It is also the first 12nm UNISOC processor featured on realme. It supports 2G to 5G network including WiFi, Bluetooth, satellite communication and more. A Geekbench benchmark shows a score of 350 points on single core CPU performance and 1198 on multicore, according from Gizbot.
The realme C21Y is also German TUV certified and supports facial recognition and fingerprint authentication. It also uses realme UI powered by Android 11.
The realme C21Y retails in Malaysia authorized distributor for RM549, available from 11th August onward.
