Along with the launch of vivo T1 series, vivo Malaysia has sent out media invitation to Malaysian tech media with the launch event showcasing on the upcoming vivo X80 series. The launch event will start at 2pm on 8th of May Sunday.
Based on the teaser from vivo China, vivo X80 Pro features centered hole punch display and has curved body at the front and the rear panel. It also has a leather-like material for its rear panel.The camera module is located in a large protruded square and 3 cameras are observed.
vivo X80 Pro also powered by 4nm SoC processor which would be the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. There will also be the Snapdragon 8 variant. This time, the vivo X80 comes with its own image processing chip and first ever ultra large camera sensor module with resolution at 50MP and f/1.57. There will also be a 4500 built in battery with 80W quickcharge support.
Whether the Malaysian variant will retain this specifications, this will be confirmed during the launch.
