On the 30th March this year, Huawei consumer service CEO stated that the 5G Mate X will be available on market during an interview. To recap, the Huawei Mate X is one of the first few smartphones to bring foldable display in action. 
It’s also first to bring SA & NSA architecture which is a true 5G ready smartphone. Hence, if the network operator has switched to SA network, the Huawei Mate X is still able to support 5G network at ease.
