As Huawei has recently introduced their flagship Mate 8 on China and Malaysia few months ago, they soon launched a new Y series mid-range smartphone on Korea. The new Y6 Pro is the successor of the Y6 on 2016 which belongs to entry level to mid-range series. This time, Huawei has added a 4000mAh large battery into the Y6 Pro that promises a lengthy battery life for the smartphone while not losing any chance for entertainment.
It comes in gold, silver and white colour while it features a 5 inches HD display. It is powered by MediaTek MT6735 along with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It comes with 13MP rear and 5MP front camera and a battery life that is long enough for continous browsing of social network, sending messages, playing games without a need for recharge.
Since Huawei highlights the large capacity battery on the Y6 Pro, does it means to opens its competition against Redmi 3 that features 4100mAh battery? Since the Y6 is priced at 15400 Korean Yuan (~RM530), the Y6 Pro is expected to be priced slightly higher around RM600 to RM700.
