Meizu M3X gone official: 16nm MTK Helio P20 from RM1100!

As rumors of the Meizu latest smartphone has spread across the social media and website, the Meizu Meilan X has officially revealed and launched at China today.

Just like Honor 8, the Meilan X has one of the special outlook because of its dual 2.5D glass along with CNC frame that creates beautiful reflection of light on the smartphone body. It is also available with wide varieties of colour that fits user preferences.


The new 5.5 inches display from Sharp is known as the world slimmest Full InCell display that supports TDDI technology. It has a resolution output at 1080p and an aspect ratio at 1500:1. It’s display is one of the best in this Meizu smartphone series.


The Meilan M3X carries the world first Helio P20 SoC that is developed based on 16nm manufacturing process under TSMC. There is total of 8x A53 Cortex core clocked at 2.3Ghz and the test result shows that the M3X is only at 38.1℃ after half hour of gameplay while the Honor 8 is at 41.9℃.


The Meizu M3X camera comes with Sony IMX386 sensor similar with the Pro 6s and MX6. It is able to capture resolution up to 12 megapixels with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF autofocus and new ArcSoft selfie beauty algorithm.


The front facing fingerprint sensor support mTouch and other payment channel from  AliPay and WeChat Pay. Its 3200mAh battery capacity collaborates with mCharge quickcharge technology makes its a perfect daily driver.


The Meizu Meilan X will be officially available in China from 8th December onward. However, there is no plan of its arrival into Malaysia smartphone market yet.
