Google Chromebook is pretty popular for its affordability while running on Chrome OS, which provides function limited to Chrome and Google services. Microsoft also brings similar function recently with Windows 11 SE, which offers limited functionality compared to a standard Windows edition while offering Microsoft related features. It is targeted towards education market and support Office 365.
Apart from Edge, it also supports Zoom and other web tools through Edge. It also comes with Immersive reader mode on Edge that allows students to visit web content. It also supports third party application to fulfill examination and other education needs.
Windows 11 SE shares the same requirement with Windows 11 and it only supports device with 4 to 8GB RAM and 64 to 128GB ROM. It will be soon available to major brands such as Dell, Asus, HP and so on.
