With the rapid and aggressive update from WhatsApp, it no longer supports old system such as Windows Phone. WhatsApp has officially announced that they will not support Windows Phone (Windows 10 Mobile) from 31st December this year.
Currently, WhatsApp supports OS below
- Android OS 4.0.3 or newer
- iPhone iOS 8 or newer
- Windows Phone 8.1 (ending 31st Dec 19)
- KaiOS 2.5.1
